Important Notes:
 

• Deadline is July 20 and will not be extended. 

• Entry fees are refunded if you win another F&F title prior to the deadline.

• The number of candidates for each age division is limited due to space.

• Newly crowned royalty is expected to reign over the fair, so plan travel accordingly. 

• Queen attends WVAFF pageant.

• USA options available, but not required.

  - Any shade of green fun fashion suitable for upbeat modeling
  - Group promo for Queen division only and provided in advance

• Evening Gown (formal)
  - Gator bowl questions for Queen division only
   

Pageant:​​
 

• Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 7pm at the soundstage on the fairgrounds.
  - Schedule, contract and additional details are sent to the email provided on the form below.
  - Interviews are at a separate location TBD on August 4, followed by rehearsal.

Registration:
 

• Complete form below, submit and pay entry fee. Photos may be emailed at a later date to the Director.
  Entry fees:
  - $100 for Teen (13-15):  at least 13 and no older than 15 the week of the fair
  - $125 for Queen (16-21):  at least 16 the week of the fair, and no older than 21 on January 1 in the year following the fair
  - $150 for Ms (21+):  at least 21 or older the week of the fair
  - Ambassadors and Spirit Queens are optional titles appointed by the pageant team. 
  Note:  Check with pageant director if birth date is close, or within a reasonable time frame, of the desired age division.​
