Important Notes:​

• Deadline is July 21 and will not be extended. 

• Entry fees are refunded if you win another F&F title prior to the deadline.

• Newly crowned royalty is expected to reign over the entire fair week, so plan travel accordingly. 

• Queen receives paid entry fee to compete at the WVAFF pageant in Charleston, WV.

• Queen receives $250 cash prize the night of the pageant to help with travel expenses the week of the fair.

• Queen receives $1000 scholarship prize upon the completion of her reign.

• Fun Fashion (any shade or combination of green, white, yellow, or gold)

• Formal Evening Gown

• Gator bowl Onstage Question (Queen division only)
   

Additional Awards:  (separate from the judges)

• Congeniality:  Voted by contestants (1 winner per age division)

• Photogenic:  Selected by KI Photo Club (1 winner per age division)

• Community Service:  Selected from applications (2 overall winners)

• Fan Favorite:  Queen's Scholarship fundraiser is $1 per vote and may be collected in advance and during the pageant. (1 overall winner and 1 honorable mention)

• Parade Personality:  Selected by designated parade attendees (up to 10 overall winners)
   

Schedule of Events:​​

• Official contract and additional pageant details are sent to the email provided on the form below after the deadline.

• Interviews:  Sunday, Aug. 2 (location TBD), followed by rehearsal at the fairgrounds

• Parade:  Monday, Aug. 3 (optional), followed by introductions on the fairgrounds

• Pageant:  Tuesday, Aug. 4 at 7pm on the fairgrounds

Registration:

• Complete form below, submit and pay entry fee. Discuss other payment options with the Director if needed.

• Photos may be emailed at a later date to the Director.

• Entry fees:
  Note:  Check with pageant director if birth date is close, or within a reasonable time frame, of the desired age division.​
  - $125 for Queen (16-21):  at least 16 the week of the fair, and not 22 on or before January 1 in the year following the fair
  - $100 for Teen (13-15):  at least 13 the week of the fair, and no older than 15 the week of the fair
  - $150 for Ms (21+):  at least 21 or older the week of the fair and single
  - $150 for Mrs (21+):  at least 21 or older the week of the fair and married
  - Ambassador, Spirit, or any other specialty titles, are appointed by the pageant team. Email pageant director if interested.
