Scream for Halloween
2022 Model Training & Awards

Registration 10-11am

Training 11-5pm with lunch noon-1pm

Awards presentation 5-6pm. Guests and family are invited back to watch the awards from 5-6pm. Seating is first come, first serve for the awards portion - no reserves.
Cost: $75 per model to participate. Participants under the age of 10 are required to have a parent or guardian to accompany them due to the scary nature of the theme and for safety reasons. All other parents, family and friends are invited back at 5pm for the awards presentations.
Description: Join us for Scream for Halloween Model Training & Awards. Participate in a series of labs throughout the day including:

Make-up and skincare with a touch of theatrics (and/or Face-painting for the younger groups)
-
Modeling and posing techniques
-
Creative photo shoot
-
Interviewing skills
-
Runway training
Note: Scream-theme costumes are judged during the Runway training labs for each group.
Lunch: Due to past issues with food allergies, models are asked to bring their own brown bag lunch and drink. Bottles of water will be available at any time. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to make the team aware of any medical issues or allergies.
Model Attire: Models should wear their best scream-inspired costume. Hair and make-up is not provided at this event. All models should arrive in their costumes. In addition to our annual awards, we will have 5 best costume awards, as well as awards for each training lab. We will be crowning our first ever Scream Kings and Queens!

Applicants under the age of 18 need parental consent to participate. Consent forms are required prior to participation and are provided to new models upon arrival or may be requested by sending an email to mcraig@seekingstarsart.com.
